Lisa is a kind, fierce, strong leader who loves her team and wants everyone to feel supported and listened to at work. She has been with the company for almost 7 years and has worked her way into this role using her impeccable customer service experience, incredible people skills and her love for the bridal industry. Lisa will go above and beyond to make sure brides leave the store with a huge smile on their face. Her attention to detail when it comes to the team or how the store runs behind the scenes and her aftercare skills are a huge contributor towards Brides in the City’s wonderful reputation in Glasgow and how it’s grown over the years. She is a key part of the team here and brings the best energy into the store every time she’s here. I’m truly blessed to have someone so wonderful and dedicated in this role and value everything she brings. 

Catelyn is a dedicated, diligent and passionate leader who very clearly loves her job and everything it entails. She brings so much to Brides in the City and does so much for her brides from when they enter the store to when they’ve left and behind the scenes. Catelyn has worked extremely hard over the past 5+ years and worked her way into her position because of her exceptional customer service skills, her relationship with her colleagues and her dedication to her brides. Her passion for the industry shines through every time she’s at work and she truly wants her brides to have the best experience. Catelyn is warm and caring and will go the extra mile for her colleagues and her brides and you can really feel what she brings to the team and the store when you’re around her. A very special part of the team. 

Vicky has been with Brides in the City since 2019 and has been a huge part of the whole brand growing and changing into what it is now. Her exceptional customer service skills, vast knowledge of the dresses and her dedication to delivering a truly memorable experience to her brides plays a pivotal role in Brides in the City’s reputation being what it is today. The whole team absolutely love Vicky. She makes us laugh every week and brings a beautiful light into the store with her. She’s been such a dedicated member of the team for almost 7 years and it really feels like Vicky is a core part of who we are. She only works one day per week and yet the impact she’s had on the business has been immeasurable. I’m truly grateful for all of the years she’s given to Brides in the City and long may it continue! 

Tilly is such a beautiful, gentle, bubbly girl’s girl and the whole team love her. She fit right into the team the second she walked through the door. She makes us laugh so much, every weekend and brings a beautiful light into the store every time she’s in. Tilly has a natural flare for fashion and this shines through every time she’s in a fitting room with a bride. This is also the reason she’s a fantastic stylist, she knows what works and has the confidence to show that to her brides. Her dedication to learning the role quickly has been lovely to watch and be a part of and I just know she’s going to continue to grow and contribute so much to Brides in the City with her enthusiastic, positive and wonderful attitude. 

Sasha brings such a beautiful, calm and bright energy to Brides in the City. She’s dedicated to her brides and wants them to find the right dress while having the best experience. Her reviews are always super special to read. Her product knowledge is vast and she will help her brides visualise and bring customisation options to life in the fitting rooms. Sasha has such fantastic attention to detail and immerses herself into her bride’s vision. Her creative flare and passion shine through while she’s at work and she’s always such a pleasure to be around. An important part of the Brides in the City team. 

Angela has a huge heart. She’s caring, kind, compassionate and brings so much joy to the team! She’s our store Swiftie and our ultimate cool girl. The team absolutely adore her, as do her brides. Angela will make you feel listened to, she’ll guide you through the whole experience in store while delivering exceptional knowledge of the dresses and she’ll make you feel like you’re shopping with a friend you’ve known forever. I could feel this energy from the moment I met Angela which is why she instantly got the job! A good vibes only type of gal who adds such a pivotal and wonderful edge to our fabulous team.
