Wether you know exactly what you want, or you have absolutely no idea; our team of highly trained bridal stylists will look after you in the fitting rooms and give you advice on style, fit, shape and alterations. Most of our gowns are designed by our in house designer and are all completely customisable, giving us the creative rights to tweak and change dresses to make them just right for you. We also stock Phoenix Gowns who offer a stunning collection of gowns in so many different styles. We believe you deserve to have the best shopping experience no matter your shape or size, which is why we have dresses in store from a size 04-30 and we can make any dress in any size.

We work with brides every day to help bring their dress vision to life. By offering a range of customisation options on all of our dresses, we offer a truly unique bridal experience. Our ‘Dress to Order’ gowns can be ordered the same day you try on and take around 4-8 months to arrive in store depending on customisation and design. In a hurry? Don’t worry, we often have rush slots available. We’ve also got you covered with our ‘Dress Now’ department, which offers a wide range of exclusive designs ready to take away the same day, all priced between £499 and £1599.

Our goal is to make all of your dress dreams come true and to help you find the dress you have always dreamed of. Whether you choose to order a dress or to take a dress home the same day, we will look after you every step of the way! You can discuss payment options with your stylist on the day of purchase but we generally require a 50% deposit to secure your order.
